I had a lovely birthday today and received lots of messages and calls from family and friends - thanks heaps! We had a leisurely breakfast - Rick cooked pancakes. Caitlin & Cooper came across an injured green tree frog which they nurtured back to health. We went to the Rainbow Jungle parrot habitat which had a variety of native and exotic breeds. In the afternoon we went for a drive along the very scenic coastal cliffs including Red Bluff, Island Rock, Natural Bridge and Grandstand. There were a few surfers at Jacques Point where there were some serious waves breaking on the point. We had a lovely dinner at a local restaurant - The Edge. The kids were very sad to bid farewell to Lucky the frog when we released him after dinner.
